HP, Inc. is seeking a Field Technical Support professional to enhance customer experience by guiding installation activities, resolving complex issues, and delivering comprehensive software services across pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery.

The role covers on-site support for break-fix actions and mentorship within the team. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of related experience with HP products, enterprise account exposure, and strong knowledge of electrical/electromechanical systems

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Typically 6–8 years in HP products customer support, on-site, or mission-critical systems
• Experience with field service and enterprise accounts is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Improve customer experience through installation overview and site-specific information.
• Provide on-site support for break-fix activities and coordinate escalation when needed.
• Offer technical services across pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery for large enterprise accounts.
