Job summary

Amazon in Mexico City is seeking a Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Support LATAM. You will act as principal technical advisor to Enterprise customers, guiding them to maximize value from AWS while maintaining operational health across compute, storage, networking, and security.

You will lead strategic discussions with senior leadership, orchestrate incident reviews, and collaborate with global engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for distributed systems.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/mathematics or equivalent (or 5+ years of tech work).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and escalations for Enterprise customers.
• Lead technical discussions with senior leadership on incidents and risk.
• Perform periodic reviews of operational performance and service health.
• Collaborate with AWS engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
