BreakmarkHR is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge engineering, client operations and AI implementation, owning the technical execution of platform integrations in client environments.

You will build data connections to ERPs, WMS, and data warehouses; deploy with customers; design AI workflows; and produce clear documentation and reusable playbooks for faster, smarter deployments—across LATAM or the US.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of hands-on engineering experience with Python, REST APIs and SQL.
• Experience delivering real integrations or systems, not just designs.
• Working knowledge of AI workflows, prompt engineering and context design.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build integrations between platform and client systems (ERPs, WMS, TMS) writing production-grade code.
• Deploy alongside clients, understanding operations and ensuring reliable data flows.
• Design and iterate AI workflows tailored to each client’s supply chain use case.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of live deployments.
• Document learnings and produce reusable playbooks for future deployments.
