BreakmarkHR is supporting an AI-native company building voice and workflow automation for operational teams. The role is Forward Deployed Engineer on‑site in Mexico City, combining full‑stack and AI/ML engineering with hands‑on customer work to ship production solutions within client environments.

You will design, build, and deploy features, tune AI/LLM solutions, and own the technical relationship with customers from onboarding through ongoing use.

Formación

• Strong experience building full‑stack apps with React, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands‑on Python development experience.
• Experience building AI applications with LLM prompting and tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and work with customers during implementation and adoption to maximize value.
• Design and build new capabilities, prototypes, MVPs, and production features.
• Develop full‑stack apps using React, TypeScript, Node.js and Python.
• Build AI-powered apps with LLM workflows, prompting, and transcription systems.
• Design integrations with customer systems and third‑party APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback to improve performance and UX.
• Manage multiple implementation projects with high quality and speed.
• Travel to client sites ~40% of the time; on‑site role, not remote.
