Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who translate complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments for enterprise customers. You will define AI strategy, shape solutions, and drive measurable adoption within time-bound engagements that deliver lasting value.

You will collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure alignment between strategy and execution, owning outcomes from discovery through deployment and consumption.

Formación

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology
• You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience - this is a requirement
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices
• Strong project and programme management skills
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time to customer sites

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle
• Define AI strategy and roadmap for customers
• Architect solutions spanning Salesforce components
• Manage delivery timelines, risk, and reporting
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers on strategy vs. execution
• Develop customer-ready AI solutions with leading-edge tools
• Engage senior stakeholders with business-value proposals
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management
• Translate field insights into actionable product feedback
