Salesforce is hiring a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a blended team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists delivering Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments. You will set engineering standards, unblock deployments, and scale talent to produce production AI today.

You will coordinate delivery across cross‑functional teams, shape AI strategy, and drive adoption with executive stakeholders while maintaining a high‑energy, inclusive engineering

Formación

• 4+ years of direct people management or high‑impact technical leadership.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI/LLMs and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise software deployment, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional engineering or technical services teams.
