Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions within complex customer environments. This hands-on leadership role focuses on engineering excellence while operating at the executive level.

You will lead a blended delivery team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, shaping AI strategy, defining use cases, and driving adoption across large enterprise accounts.

Formación

• 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership
• Hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform
• Strong executive-level communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Scale and mentor cross-functional delivery squads
• Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing for enterprise deployments
• Serve as final technical escalation point for portfolio with deep architectural judgment
