Job summary

Salesforce in Mexico City is seeking a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments. This hands-on leadership role requires engineering excellence while operating at executive level.

You will lead two specialist functions: Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, setting standards, unblocking deployments, and driving adoption across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people leadership or high-impact technical leadership
• Hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform
• Ability to drive engineering excellence while operating at the executive level

Responsibilities

• Scale Elite Talent: recruit, mentor, and develop the next wave of Technical and Strategic Builders.
• Maintain Operational Velocity: monitor delivery metrics and optimize complex deployments.
• Direct Product Influence: partner with Product and Engineering on pilot programs and roadmap feedback
