Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks an Enterprise Architect to lead AI-driven transformation across large-scale Salesforce deployments. You will partner with CIOs, CTOs, and chief architects at global enterprises to shape architectures for Agentforce, Data Cloud, and related integration patterns.

You’ll publish blueprints, govern multi-agent solutions, and drive responsible AI adoption while bridging legacy systems with cloud-native infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture or technical advisory roles.
• Deep Salesforce architecture expertise with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI.
• Experience engaging C-level leaders at Fortune 1000 companies.
• Hands-on AI/ML knowledge and governance practices.
• Strong data governance and hybrid-cloud understanding.
• Experience with integration platforms, especially MuleSoft.
• Community-building and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Architects to shape AI-driven transformation.
• Define scalable patterns for end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Lead modernization bridging legacy systems with cloud-native infrastructure.
• Promote trusted AI to automate decisions at scale.
• Grow a global Salesforce architect community across customers, SIs, and ISVs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence platform roadmap.
• Publish architecture blueprints and transformation guides.
• Govern Agentforce architectures and agent lifecycle across deployments.
• Define AI governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption.
• Support pre-sales by shaping enterprise architecture decisions.
• Provide governance and delivery oversight on complex projects.
