Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors, shaping AI strategy and agentic deployments for enterprise clients. You’ll translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions and drive measurable adoption across engagements.

The role covers cross-functional delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers, emphasising governance, client value, and strategic impact.

Formación

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end — from discovery through measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project and programme management skills; able to run multiple workstreams and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle — Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
• Define AI strategy and roadmaps; lead design sessions and jobs-to-be-done analyses.
• Architect solutions spanning Salesforce's agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with governance baked in.
• Oversee engagement delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within the engagement scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools and ensure governance and quality.
