Michael Page is seeking an Engineering Manager to build and scale an Engineering Center in Monterrey, expanding capabilities and heading collaboration with U.S. units.

You will lead a growing team of engineers, establish processes, KPIs, and operating standards to support sustainable growth, while owning capacity planning, costs, and site performance. This role offers high ownership and a visible impact across multiple business units.

Formación

• 10+ years in engineering roles.
• Proven track record in managing and scaling engineering teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Commitment to driving innovation and effective operations.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale the Monterrey Engineering Center, expanding its team, capabilities, and scope.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a growing team of engineering professionals.
• Partner with U.S. business units to understand needs and expand engineering support from Mexico.
• Establish structure, processes, KPIs, and operating standards for sustainable growth.
• Own capacity planning, resource allocation, costs, and site performance.
• Ensure high-quality execution across product development and design engineering activities.
• Drive ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
