Dematic in Monterrey, MX seeks an Engineering Manager to lead 20+ engineers across multiple projects. You will partner with remote teams to monitor progress, manage skills development, and ensure compliance with visa requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and balancing scope, budget, and schedules. The candidate will drive high-priority initiatives, supervise performance, and provide coaching to grow the team.

Formación

• Must hold a technical engineering degree in electrical, mechanical or controls.
• At least 3–5 years of leadership experience in related fields.
• Ability to recruit, onboard and develop engineers and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 20+ engineers across multiple projects and sites.
• Partner with remote team members to track progress and performance gaps.
• Ensure visa management complies with local authorities.
• Balance workloads, schedules and budgets per Statements of Work.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers.
• Coordinate with regional managers to align standards and practices.
• Oversee design reviews and project quotations with sales and solutions teams.
