Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Sr Product Development Engineer for our New Innovation Center in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

This role leads design and development from concept to production, mentors teammates, and drives cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8+ years of manufacturing and product development experience, willingness to travel up to 15%, and full bilingual proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and visa eligibility.
• Travel availability up to ~15% domestically and internationally.
• 8+ years of manufacturing exposure and product development experience.
• Experience with 3-D parametric modeling (SolidWorks a plus), MS Project, and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development engineering on assigned projects from concept to production.
• Provide engineering support and technical assistance to internal and external customers.
• Lead teams in problem solving and failure analysis.
• Drive cost-effective manufacturing and assembly processes concurrent to product design.
