Job summary

GE Vernova in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a seasoned Sales & Proposals professional to prepare technical-commercial proposals and coordinate with factory and Sales teams to secure orders.

You will analyze client requirements, manage risks, present to energy market, and lead negotiations across cross-functional teams, leveraging deep knowledge of HV equipment.

Spanish and English fluency, plus a decade of relevant experience, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales, proposals, and contracting.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control and Automation Engineering.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and comprehension).
• Experience with distribution transformers and high/medium voltage equipment and substations.

Responsibilities

• Receive RFQ documents and define delivery lead times with planning.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals analyzing data from engineering, purchasing, planning, and production.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and deal structures with customers.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients and manage the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and management to forecast sales and manage risks.
