Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Senior Contract Performance Manager to lead end-to-end energy services and maintenance contracts in the Monterrey, Mexico City, or Queretaro area. You will own the full P&L, manage customer relationships, and coordinate field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Travel up to 50% is required as you partner with Sales to grow the regional business and deliver on the annual operating plan. Bilingual Spanish/English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Job Description Summary Energy infrastructure only delivers on its promise when the people managing it never stop improving it. As a Senior Contract Performance Manager supporting customers in the Nuevo Leon region, you will serve as the primary commercial and operational lead for long-term energy services and maintenance contracts — owning the full profit and loss (P&L) cycle, the customer relationship, and the performance of field operations from planning through execution. This is a senior-level role with real accountability. You will manage financial outcomes, lead cross-functional teams, and act as the face of GE Vernova to some of our most important customers. The decisions you make will directly shape contract performance, customer trust, and portfolio growth across the region.

Job Description

This role has a Field/Customer Site work scheme and can be based in Monterrey, Mexico City or Queretaro.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers, managing the full lifecycle of services and maintenance contracts — from preventive planning through remedial execution — while maintaining accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) performance.
• Own the P&L for your contract portfolio, tracking financial results against the annual operating plan, managing the as-sold budget, and identifying risks and opportunities proactively.
• Partner with Sales to identify and pursue commercial growth opportunities within your assigned region, translating operational insight into tangible business development.
• Oversee field services engineering and facility operations, ensuring maintenance and repair activities are executed to the highest standards of safety and technical quality.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through consistent communication, on-site presence, and proactive resolution of technical and commercial concerns.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams — including engineering, sourcing, and logistics — to deliver on contract commitments and continuous improvement of field operations.

Who We're Looking For

You are a commercially minded operations leader with deep experience in the energy services sector, a track record of managing complex customer relationships, and the confidence to make consequential decisions in dynamic field environments.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Significant experience in services, contract management, or customer-facing roles within the energy generation industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L accountability, including budget tracking, cost management, and variance analysis.
• Proven track record of managing field operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites at least 50% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

Preferred

• Prior experience executing contracts within the energy market.
• Hands-on experience managing outages in combined or simple cycle power plants.
• Established project management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional or matrixed teams in a field services environment.
