GE Grid Solutions, S.A. de C.V. in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Sales and Sales Operations professional to support our grid solutions portfolio for power utilities and industrial customers.

You will liaise with account managers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure smooth bid processes, quotes, orders, and contracts, delivering timely responses. The role emphasizes customer-facing communication, order entry, pricing checks, and documentation of changes to BOMs, drawings, and terms.

Formación

• This role requires at least 3 years of experience in Sales & Sales Operations.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years' direct experience in sales or customer support of technical industrial products.
• Experience with bid offers, orders, invoices, and contract requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Grid Solutions portfolio for Power Utilities and Industrial customers.
• Serve as liaison between Outside sales, Customers, and internal Technical Product Support teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Create, submit, follow up, and close quotations.
• Verify order entry, pricing, lead times, and contractual requirements to avoid discrepancies.
• Document modifications to orders (BOM, drawings, pricing, and availability).
