Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Engineer I, Endpoint to join our Office team in Mexico City. You will manage Intune engineering, patching, deployment health, and endpoint security operations to keep devices compliant and secure.

You will package and deploy applications, automate recurring tasks with PowerShell, and document solutions. This role reports to engineering leadership and requires strong Windows and macOS management skills and hands-on IT support experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support with at least 2+ years hands-on Intune engineering or advanced endpoint administration.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with application packaging, deployment, operating system and application patching, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Strong Windows knowledge and macOS management; scripting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package, test, deploy, maintain, and retire endpoint applications using established standards.
• Manage OS and application patching across Windows and macOS endpoints and monitor deployment health and failures.
• Maintain Intune enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, endpoint security controls, encryption, and remediation activities.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint, operating system, application, device management, and compliance issues escalated by Service Desk and Deskside teams.
• Document solutions, identify root causes, create PowerShell or remediation scripts, and automate recurring operational work within approved architecture and security guardrails.
