Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Configuration Management Systems Engineer, Windows Endpoint Patching, based in the Mexico Center of Excellence. The role focuses on lifecycle management, security, and configuration of Windows endpoints within a global environment of thousands of workstations and AWS Workspaces.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, drive process improvements, and collaborate with global teams to ensure reliable, secure endpoint management.

Formación

• Expertise in Intune Administration and MECM CB lifecycle.
• Experience configuring Autopilot using ESP and group tags.
• Troubleshooting Windows Update, Apps, and Windows 11 via logs.
• PowerShell scripting to automate tasks.
• Experience with AWS Workspaces, AppStream, AVD or similar.
• Familiar with AI chat tools and data visualization with Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Intune and MECM-based endpoint configuration and updates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Windows update, deployment, and Autopilot processes.
• Collaborate with security to remediate vulnerabilities and threats.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with global teams.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Participate in follow-the-sun support for global continuity.
