Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Endpoint Software Distribution Engineer to join our IT team in Mexico. You will package, test, deploy, and maintain Windows applications, and manage deployments with Intune and SCCM/MECM.

The role emphasizes scripting with PowerShell, automating tasks, and collaborating with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, and Application Support to deliver secure, reliable software solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software deployment, endpoint management, or desktop engineering.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Experience packaging Windows apps (MSI, EXE, MSIX, Win32).
• Strong PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Experience troubleshooting deployment and endpoint config issues.

Responsibilities

• Package, test, deploy, and maintain Windows applications.
• Manage deployments using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Support full software lifecycle: new deployments, updates, patches, upgrades, retirements.
• Create installation scripts, detection methods, dependencies, uninstall processes.
• Use PowerShell to automate deployment, reporting, configuration, remediation.
• Investigate and resolve installation/deployment issues.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, and App Owners.
