You will lead L3 troubleshooting, manage full device lifecycles, and drive automation using PowerShell and Azure services within an international team. Strong Intune expertise is essential.

Based in Monterrey, the role emphasizes security, policy compliance, and scalable, user‑centric endpoint solutions aligned with enterprise standards and regional needs.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or enterprise device management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 devices in an enterprise.
• Experience working in international teams with English.
• Automation experience with PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize endpoints across Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS.
• Provide L3 support for endpoint and mobility issues.
• Oversee full device lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning.
• Ensure endpoint security and compliance.
• Drive automation and define global strategy/roadmap.
• Collaborate with global IT teams.
