Qualifications

• 3+ years in software deployment, endpoint management, or desktop engineering.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Experience packaging Windows apps (MSI, EXE, MSIX, Win32).
• Strong PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Experience troubleshooting deployment and endpoint config issues.

Endpoint Software Distribution Engineer (Intune / SCCM)

We are looking for an Endpoint Software Distribution Engineer to join our IT team and help us provide a reliable, secure, and seamless technology experience for our employees.

In this role, you will play an important part in making sure software applications are properly packaged, tested, deployed, and maintained across our organization. You will work closely with teams across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, and Application Support to help deliver solutions that make a real impact on our day-to-day operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, improving processes, automating routine tasks, and working with modern endpoint-management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and PowerShell.

What You Will Do

• Package, test, deploy, and maintain software applications for Windows devices.
• Manage application deployments using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Support the full software lifecycle, including new deployments, updates, patches, upgrades, and retirements.
• Create installation scripts, detection methods, dependencies, and uninstall processes.
• Use PowerShell to automate deployment, reporting, configuration, and remediation activities.
• Investigate and resolve application-installation and deployment issues.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, and Application Owners to deliver secure and reliable software solutions.
• Help support endpoint-modernization initiatives, including the transition toward cloud-based device management.
• Monitor deployment success rates and identify opportunities to improve the end-user experience.
• Keep technical documentation, deployment standards, and software records up to date.
• Participate in change-management activities and support releases into production.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in software deployment, software packaging, endpoint management, desktop engineering, or a similar IT role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Experience packaging and deploying Windows applications, including MSI, EXE, MSIX, and Win32 applications.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and endpoint-compliance policies.
• Experience troubleshooting application deployment and endpoint configuration issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with different technical and business teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Autopilot, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, or Conditional Access.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance reporting.
• Experience with ServiceNow or another IT service-management platform.
• Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop or other virtual desktop environments.
• Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Endpoint Administration, Microsoft 365, or Azure.
• Experience working in a global or multinational environment.
