Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City seeks an Engineer I, Endpoint to deliver hands-on Intune engineering and endpoint security operations.

You will package, deploy, patch, configure, and monitor endpoints on Windows and macOS while solving escalations and automating routine tasks. Your background includes 5+ years in IT support with 2+ years in Intune or advanced endpoint administration, plus strong Windows and macOS knowledge and scripting (PowerShell).

Competenze

5+ years in IT support including hands-on Intune engineering or endpoint administration.
Bachelor's degree in technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with endpoint patching, deployment, and security controls.
Strong scripting and documentation skills; agile/CI-CD exposure.

Mansioni

Package, test, deploy, maintain, and retire endpoint applications using Intune and standard change processes.
Manage OS and app patching for Windows and macOS endpoints and monitor deployment health.
Maintain Intune enrollment, configuration profiles, and compliance policies.
Troubleshoot complex endpoint and security issues and automate recurring tasks.
