Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, including 2+ years hands-on Intune engineering or advanced endpoint administration.
• Experience with packaging, deployment, patching, and configuration of endpoints.
• Strong Windows knowledge and macOS management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package, test, deploy, maintain, and retire endpoint applications using established standards.
• Manage OS and application patching across Windows and macOS endpoints and monitor deployment health.
• Maintain Intune enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security controls; perform remediation.
