Arrow Electronics is seeking an Eloqua Email Operations & Communication Specialist to drive lifecycle and transactional communications, building robust campaigns and governance across CX, Product, Marketing, Legal, and IT.

You will collaborate with global teams to deliver engaging experiences and measurable outcomes in a dynamic technology landscape.

• 6+ years in digital communications, email operations, or related field.
• Experience with Eloqua (Required).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, automation, segmentation, QA and deliverability.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end lifecycle communication strategy and governance standards.
• Build, optimize, and own transactional, lifecycle, and system-triggered emails in Eloqua.
• Manage dynamic segmentation, personalization, and deliverability while maintaining QA.
• Oversee content governance, web/SEO alignment, accessibility compliance, and reusable email templates.
• Establish KPIs and lead A/B testing programs to optimize customer journeys.

What You’ll Do** **

• Drive Experience Strategy & Governance: Define end-to-end lifecycle communication strategy and establish governance standards for content, branding, compliance, and data usage across CX, Product, Marketing, Legal, and IT.
• Lead Email & Automation Operations: Build, optimize, and own transactional, lifecycle, and system-triggered communication programs within CRM/ESP platforms (e.g., Eloqua).
• Execute Technical Workflows: Manage dynamic segmentation, personalization, complex trigger logic, and deliverability while maintaining strict QA and operational excellence.
• Manage Content & Design Standards: Oversee content governance, web/SEO alignment, accessibility compliance, and reusable email template design systems.
• Deliver Analytics & Journey Optimization: Establish KPIs, lead A/B testing programs, and utilize performance data to continuously optimize customer journeys.

Who We’re looking for

• 6+ years in digital communications, email operations, customerexperienceor related field.
• Experience with Eloqua (Required).
• B2B technology, distribution, digitalcommerceor enterprise platform experience.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, automation, segmentation,QAand deliverability.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical,communicationand stakeholder management skills.

Work Arrangement :

Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$53,350.00 - $80,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
