Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in manufacturing/electronics-related engineering with 10+ years in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience implementing PPAP and maintaining quality engineering processes.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are implemented and maintained in manufacturing environments.
• Lead process engineering team to meet production schedules and quality goals.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain SPC/LEAN/PPAP processes for key production lines.
• Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure new products have robust process controls.
• Drive cost reduction, scrap and rework reduction, and productivity improvements.
