Job summary

Mam de la Frontera, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an experienced Electronics Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement product-specific test plans and equipment.

You will monitor test performance, analyze defect data, and drive improvements across manufacturing test processes. You will also provide data-backed test support to internal and external customers, and train production staff on new testing methods.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field and a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in the electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops product-specific test plans, procedures, and test equipment.
• Analyze, recommend, and troubleshoot, as well as improve manufacturing related testing processes.
• Monitors test performance and defect data, including performance improvement, process improvement, and data integrity.
• Develops and implements basic product-specific testing processes.
• Provides results based data and test support to internal and external customers.
• Provides trial training to production employees.
• Research and implement new technologies and techniques to improve test coverage, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Supervision and support to Service Cell (Service Cell).
