Eaton is seeking a Test Engineer to design, validate, implement and sustain automated test systems and fixtures in our Mexico facility. You will optimize test processes to meet customer demands, create procedures and lead improvements across equipment and processes.

Responsibilities include developing test software/hardware, implementing automation, and driving TPM and APQP compliant validation. Bring 1–3 years of electrical test experience and IPC-A-610 knowledge to a dynamic team committed to

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, electromechanics or similar field required.
• 1–3 years in electrical test and equipment or related roles.
• Experience with process and equipment validation (PFMEA, APQP) is preferred.
• Strong IPC-A-610 knowledge and basic IAT understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Design, validate, implement and sustain test systems and fixtures.
• Optimize test processes to meet customer demand, quality and specs.
• Create test standard procedures and ensure adherence across units.
• Implement equipment, process and product changes following MCOs and deviations.
• Develop test equipment (software/hardware) and automation to reduce downtime.
• Lead SAP routing, VSM and Kaizen events; establish standard work.
• Develop TPM programs and ensure correct implementation on test equipment.
• Execute test validation methods per APQP methodology.
• Create training materials for test operations and train technicians.
• Document PFMEA, WIs, flow charts and procedures; implement controls.
• Drive Industry 4.0 improvements with automotive mindset.
• Lead capital investment projects and layout changes; manage timelines.
