Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in the electronics industry.
• Experience in programming with Visual Basic or C++ (preferably), as well as LabVIEW.
• Practical knowledge of PCBA and engineering procedures related to electronic components is required,
• Experience in performing and managing ICT, FP, and FT testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of English proficiency (90%).

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops product-specific test plans, procedures, and test equipment.
• Monitors test performance and defect data, including performance improvement, process improvement, and data integrity.
• Develops and implements basic product specific testing processes.
• Provides results based data and test support to internal and external customers.
• Provides trial training to production employees
• Research and implement new technologies and techniques to improve test coverage, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Supervision and Support to Service Cell (Service Cell).
