Electrónica Vanguard, S.A. de C.V. in Mexicali seeks a hands-on Electronics Engineer to support our manufacturing operation. The role focuses on root-cause analysis, final electrical testing, engineering changes, and evaluation of nonconforming materials and products.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, and design engineering teams to resolve issues and improve product and test performance, ensuring quality and reliability.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
At least 3 years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing.
Experience with root-cause analysis, electrical troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
Experience with electrical or functional testing of components, assemblies, or finished products.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and test requirements.
Hands-on with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, impedance analyzers).
Intermediate to advanced English for technical documentation.

Responsabilidades
