Job summary

Flint Hills Resources in Mexico is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to design, develop, implement and optimize electrical test systems for harnesses, cables and connectors. You will work with Product Development, NPI and Manufacturing to ensure robust integration and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

The role covers fixture design, equipment programming and data analysis, with a mandate to improve test reliability and overall production efficiency across multiple business

Qualifications

Define, validate and implement test stations to ensure product electrical conformity.
Collaborate with quality, manufacturing and design teams for robust processes.
Interpret electrical specifications and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical test systems for harnesses, cables and connectors.
Collaborate with PD and NPI teams to define testing requirements for new products.
Lead improvements to testing processes to reduce cycle times and increase reliability.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on test equipment.
Analyze electrical faults and discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
Train personnel on test equipment use and results interpretation.
