Job summary

Mam de la Frontera, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a senior Quality Engineer to drive improvements in product quality and process performance across SMT, test, and related functions.

You will coordinate across Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure robust CAPA, data-driven decisions, and prevention of defects. Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• 90% proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in electronics and/or automotive industry.
• At least 5 years in a Quality Engineering role with strong knowledge of quality management systems and CI/FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in quality and performance indicators across SMT, THA, Test, and OOBA processes using structured analysis and problem-solving tools.
• Act as liaison between Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Customers.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, perform failure analysis, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Apply quality control methods and data-driven decision making; interpret data for product quality and customer satisfaction.
