Mam de la Frontera, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Production/Manufacturing Engineer to manage New Product Introduction, design processes, and line layouts to meet capacity.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement using Lean methods to boost efficiency and quality. The role requires implementing new equipment and automation, advocating DFX improvements, and ensuring documentation like SOPs and PFMEA is current, with failure analyses and preventive actions.

Formación

• Experience in Electronics automation and equipment transfer.
• Fluent in English; interviews in English and daily communications with foreign personnel at the location.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Production or Manufacturing Engineer in EMS or audio companies.
• Electronics Engineer, Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics degree.
• Proficiency in Industrial Engineering methodologies; university degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for managing New Product Introduction (NPI) including process design and line layout to meet production capacity.
• Coordinate cross functional resources and drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Lead the implementation of new equipment, automation, and processes; propose design improvements (DFX).
• Ensure compliance with documentation (SOPs, Control Plans, PFMEA) and conduct failure analysis with preventive actions.
