Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety leader to guide EHS activities across a medium to large facility in Torreón.

You will mentor hourly, salaried, and management personnel and drive safety improvements to protect people and the environment. The role requires a Bachelor degree in Environmental Science or related field and at least 5 years of EHS experience, with strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or similar technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS.
• Experience with EHS policy compliance and program implementation.
• Ability to identify and mitigate safety, health, and environmental hazards.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, state and local EHS regulations.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of related regulatory requirements in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction to hourly, salaried, and management staff in EHS activities at a medium to large facility.
• Identify safety/health/environmental hazards and establish protective guidelines.
• Ensure EHS training complies with regulatory requirements and objectives.
• Audit programs for compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Monitor performance trends and advise management on improvements.
