Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a seasoned operations leader for its Torreón manufacturing site. You will oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, engineering support, safety, and warehousing, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality outputs.

The role requires 8+ years in Operations/Quality/Manufacturing Engineering, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and strong leadership. Onsite five days a week, English level needs to be at least Pre-Advanced.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Operations, Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma tools; Personnel management as leader of leaders.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to train personnel, manage teams, and promote a culture of safety.
• English Level: Pre-Advanced

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and directs daily plant operations including production and manufacturing, maintenance, engineering support, safety, regulatory compliance, distribution and warehousing.
• Directing all aspects of manufacturing operations for the plant or facility to produce cost-effective, timely and high quality products in a safe environment.
• Managing development and continual improvement of operating methods, equipment, systems and other infrastructure to realize goals.
• Directing production work schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations; monitor performance to remove impediments and achieve goals.
