Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily plant operations in a high-capacity manufacturing environment in Torreón. You will manage production, maintenance and engineering support while driving safety, quality and efficiency.

The role requires guiding a diverse team and aligning with global standards. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in operations/quality/manufacturing engineering, proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, and strong leadership capabilities.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience applying Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma tools.
• Leadership experience: train personnel, manage teams, promote safety culture.
• English level: Pre-Advanced (per listing) and higher are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct daily plant operations including production, maintenance, and engineering support.
• Direct hiring, performance management and development of plant personnel.
• Ensure cost-effective, timely, high-quality production in a safe environment.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of operating methods and systems.
