Caterpillar Inc. in Torreón, Coahuila, is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health and safety initiatives for a large facility. You will mentor hourly, salaried and management staff to prevent hazards and ensure compliance with local and national requirements.

You will oversee audits, training, incident investigations, and corrective actions, driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture on site. This role is on site and requires full-time commitment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS and policy compliance.
• Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, investigations, and corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction to hourly, salaried and management personnel on EHS activities for a medium to large facility.
• Identify hazards and establish protection guidelines; ensure training and regulatory compliance.
• Audit programs for regulatory and company standards; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions to mitigate safety, health and environmental risks.
