Job summary

MGA Entertainment in Mexico is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the growth of its toy portfolio with a strong emphasis on eCommerce development. You will execute digital marketing strategies, align with global guidelines, and boost consumer engagement across online platforms to drive online sales.

The role requires 1–3 years in marketing, knowledge of eCommerce tools, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital business, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience with exposure to eCommerce or digital channels.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Mercado Libre) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Meta Ads, CRM/email marketing).
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing eCommerce and digital marketing strategies to achieve revenue and brand growth targets.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and online campaigns across eCommerce platforms.
• Support optimization of product content (descriptions, images, SEO, keywords) to improve visibility and conversions.
• Track and analyze eCommerce performance metrics (traffic, CTR, conversion, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with sales, trade, and logistics to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and online promotions.
• Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to adapt brand activations for local digital platforms while maintaining guidelines.
• Assist in budget monitoring and reporting on online marketing effectiveness.
• Research online consumer trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
