Responsibilities

• Develop and implement activation plans with key retailers to drive sell-out and grow market share.
• Analyze retail data (POS, sell-in/sell-out, share of shelf) and generate actionable insights.
• Design and execute trade marketing initiatives including in-store promotions and visibility programs.
• Collaborate with sales and customers to align with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
• Lead calendar-driven promotions, track ROI and campaign effectiveness at store level.
• Ensure successful product launches and seasonal activations with field and marketing teams.
• Manage relationships with retail partners and align execution with customer needs.
• Monitor budgets for trade and activation programs and ensure financial discipline.
• Provide regular reporting on promotions, shopper insights, and competitive activity at POS.
