Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Mexico City for an 11-month fixed-term contract. You will support after-sales activities, coordinate with depots and internal teams, and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.

Ideal candidates have a 0–2 year background in customer service, logistics, or related fields, with advanced English, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. English fluency is essential for global stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed or nearing completion in logistics, business or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; internships or traineeships valued.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; data analysis tools a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, customer-focused support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and other channels with timely resolution.
• Assist onboarding and implementation activities.
• Participate in meetings to review service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Help identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and service quality.
• Coordinate after-sales processes with depots, terminals and internal teams.
• Follow up on container movements and customer requests.
• Assist in resolving documentation issues and service disruptions.
• Escalate operational challenges and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Support reporting using Excel and PowerPoint; analyze data for trends.
