Maersk in Mexico City is looking for a CX Representative to deliver world-class service via inbound and outbound calls, handling about 60 calls per day, and resolving last-mile delivery issues with empathy and problem-solving.

You will coordinate between customers, delivery teams, stores and warehouses to ensure seamless operations, requiring a High School Diploma, 2 years in contact center or related roles, and English at B1-B2.

• Academic Background: High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Experience
• Years of Experience: 2 years in Contact Center, Forwarder or Customs Brokerage Firm
• Software: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)
• Technical Skills: Handle 60 Daily Calls (average)
• English Level: B1-B2
