DiDi Mexico is seeking a Premier Channel Manager to own the localized relationship layer and maximize capacity for Fleet Partners and drivers. The role sits at the crossroads of Account Management and Supply Development to transform service standards into real-world experience across our driver ecosystem.

You’ll pair field execution with data-driven decisions, monitor core metrics, and collaborate with HQ to shape supply strategies.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in KAM, B2B Ops, Community Management, or Field Operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Data savvy: able to read dashboards and translate metrics into action.
• University degree or equivalent commercial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of Fleet Partners and drivers to maximize capacity and service quality.
• Coaching via field visits, auditing standards, and in-person training.
• Serve as a consultant for corporate fleets or independent supply models.
• Manage localized comms channels and execute performance interventions.
• Bridge field insights to HQ and translate needs into supply strategies.
