DiDi in Mexico is seeking a Franchise Business Developer to drive the expansion of our franchise network. You will identify, onboard, and scale partners who manage driver communities, acting as a trusted growth advisor.

You’ll spend 90% of your time in the field, building real relationships, analyzing KPIs, and delivering practical recommendations to improve recruitment, costs, and performance in a dynamic market.

Formación

• 4+ years in Business Development, KAM, or Sales.
• Experience in Corporate Banking (PyME), Fleet/Leasing, or Franchise Development.
• Willingness to spend 90% in the field and travel within the city.
• Strong Excel and Google Suite skills.
• Native Spanish; basic English a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic hunting and closing new franchise partners.
• Farm growth: optimize costs, recruitment, and scale operations.
• Lifecycle management: onboarding to monthly performance reviews.
• Data-driven consulting using dashboards and KPIs.
• Be the face of DiDi in the field.
