DiDi in Mexico is seeking a Franchise Business Developer to drive the expansion of a new mobility model. You will identify, onboard, and scale franchise partners who run driver communities, acting as a strategic growth consultant in the field.

This role requires 4+ years in Business Development or related sales disciplines, a background in Corporate Banking (PyME), fleet/leasing, or franchise development, and fluency in Spanish with basic English.

Formación

• 4+ years in Business Development, Key Account Management (KAM), or Sales.
• Industry backgrounds in Corporate Banking (PyME), Fleet/Leasing Management, or Franchise Development.
• Grit to open new markets with an analytical mindset to manage a portfolio.
• Native Spanish; basic English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Hunting: actively prospect and close deals with new high-potential franchise partners.
• Business Farming: lead growth post-onboarding, optimize costs, recruitment and scale operations.
• Lifecycle Management: manage onboarding to monthly performance reviews and ranking.
• Data-Driven Consulting: use dashboards and KPIs to identify gaps and provide actionable advice.
• Be the Face of DiDi: spend 90% of time in the field building relationships and understanding the market.
