Siemens Energy is seeking a Document Quality Specialist to establish and govern our QMS documentation across North America. You will develop, standardize, and maintain procedures, forms, and templates to support safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will partner with SMEs in Operations, EHS, Training, Engineering, Service, and Quality to translate complex needs into clear documentation and drive continuous improvement through audits and metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management or related field.
• 3–5+ years in document control, quality systems or related discipline.
• Experience in ISO environments and SOP/work instruction development.
• Excellent written and editing skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and manage controlled documents ( procedures, work instructions, forms, templates).
• Lead document standardization across departments and ensure version control and approvals.
• Support ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance and customer requirements.
• Administer document control processes: reviews, routing, revisions, retention, audits.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective actions; prepare audit-ready documentation.
