Job summary

Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation in Matamoros, Mexico, seeks a Document Control professional to manage internal documentation per ECN/EDR processes, and to support data entry for the item master. You will control external-origin documents and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a mid-size, multinational engineering and manufacturing setting.

The role requires two years’ experience with documentation control, ISO 9001 knowledge, and the ability to interpret

Qualifications

• Two years experience controlling documented information.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certified.
• Ability to interpret ECN, BOM, drawings and related documentation.
• English at least intermediate; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Release and distribute updated internal documents per ECN/EDR processes.
• Control documented information of external origin.
• Provide data-entry support for item master with Corporate.
• Create and update part numbers for consignable tools and measuring equipment.
• Resolve corrective and preventive actions assigned to the department.
• Perform internal audits based on ISO 9001 and Spellman Mexico QMS.
• Determine KPIs to monitor Document Control activities’ performance.
• Develop and provide training related to Document Control.
• Maintain document control procedures and documentation updated.
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environment policy in activities.
