Job summary

Siemens Energy in Mexico is seeking an early-career Document Quality Specialist to establish and maintain the foundation of our Quality Management System through documentation governance, standardization, and compliance.

You will partner with Ops, EHS, Training, Engineering, Service, and Quality to develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates that support operational excellence and audit readiness across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in document control, quality systems, or related discipline.
• Experience in ISO-certified environments (ISO 9001 preferred; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 a plus).
• Strong understanding of QMS and document control principles; experience developing SOPs and controlled documentation.
• Excellent writing, editing, formatting, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage controlled documents including procedures, work instructions, policies, process maps, forms, templates, and quality manuals.
• Lead document standardization across departments to ensure consistency in format, structure, terminology, version control, and approval workflows; collaborate with SMEs to capture processes.
