Job summary

Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation seeks a Document Control professional for its Mexico operations. You will manage controlled documents, ECN/BOM interpretation, and ISO 9001 compliance within a mid-size, multinational engineering and manufacturing context.

Responsibilities include audits, training, data entry support, and maintaining procedures while ensuring proper document security and version control across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires two years of experience controlling documented information.
• Experience interpreting ECN, BOM, drawings, etc.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• English at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Release and distribute new versions of internal documentation per EDR and ECN processes.
• Control external-originated documented information.
• Support data entry on item master with Corporate.
• Create and update consignable tools and measuring equipment part numbers.
• Resolve corrective and preventive actions for the department.
• Conduct internal audits per ISO 9001 standards for Spellman Mexico Operations.
• Develop KPIs for Document Control activities.
• Provide training related to Document Control.
• Maintain updated Document Control procedures and records.
