Job summary

Farmers Insurance Careers Mexico is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead delivery of complex IT initiatives, shape solution architecture and IT governance, and align the local plan with business priorities. You will manage relationships with senior partners and outsourcing vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.

With 7–9 years in program management or transformation and fluent English, you will build capability, drive risk and dependency management, and mentor future

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7–9 years in program management, business transformation, or portfolio management.
• Full English fluency.
• Insurance, finance, or regulated industry experience desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high urgency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Highest Value Programs across enterprise with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment of programs to enterprise objectives and executive priorities.
• Drive planning, delivery, risk management, and decision-making.
• Define and evolve the SET Program Management methodology.
• Establish governance standards, reporting, RAID, business cases, dependency management, and benefits realization.
• Provide executive decision support with clear insights and visibility into portfolio health.
• Lead transformation by coordinating across business, technology, finance, operations, architecture, legal, procurement, and change management.
• Develop Program Managers and future transformation leaders.
