Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to join our Data & Analytics organization. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects that support business objectives across analytics, data science, and reporting.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and risks, and ensure alignment between business and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

4-6 years of IT project management or technology project delivery experience.
Experience coordinating cross-functional IT projects with schedules, budgets, resources and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of medium- to large-scale IT projects including data initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Data & Analytics, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Apply SAFe Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methods as needed.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor performance and provide regular status updates and management reports.
