Farmers Insurance in Mexico is seeking a Program Coordinator I to join the Strategic Portfolio Management team within the Direct Business Unit. The junior role provides project management support for key initiatives, tracking timelines, organizing meetings, and generating reports.

You will work with business leaders and stakeholders, manage deliverables, and use Microsoft tools and Copilot to boost productivity. Travel to the office may be required for team meetings or meetups.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, management, or related roles.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ownership and accountability in delivering tasks and deliverables.
• Proactive mindset with ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of customer journey and lifecycle concepts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide project management and coordination support for strategic business initiatives.
• Support project planning, scheduling, timeline tracking, and status reporting.
• Track deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings and workshops, including follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with leaders, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and tracking logs.
• Communicate updates to key stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks, issues, dependencies, or delays.
• Support portfolio management activities to keep projects moving forward.
• Utilize Microsoft tools and Copilot to boost productivity.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for responsibilities.
• Support customer journey and lifecycle initiatives as needed.
• Occasional travel to the office for meetings.
